|Recommended: YesEasy Move-in, Lease Approval — I enjoy living in these apartments so far. I did not appreciate that my lease hadn’t been approved until the day I was supposed to move in after I was told I would receive my keys at 12p. That was very stressful. However, I did appreciate the help I got from Olivia who works at the front desk, she was very kind and helpful

|Recommended: YesLiam's Review — The staff are really nice and helpful and the maintenance team is efficient and fast, but the quality of the apartment itself is lacking with the fake wood panels on kitchen drawers peeling, poor flooring quality, and air filters that haven't been changed even though it's widely recommended they be changed every 3 months at the most. The grounds is littered with pet waste that never gets cleaned up. There has been dried feces outside the entrance to my hallway for about a week with nothing being done about it. This isn't a fault of the staff here but more on the pet owners, however, there are no real repercussions for this. There was an email sent out reminding that there is a fee to pay if caught letting pet waste just sit out, but there's no real way for anyone to catch anyone doing that. Overall I really do like the facilities here and the office and maintenance staff, but sometimes the overall quality of the complex is lacking.

There are now visitor parking inside the gate which I think helps a lot since there are so many people living here and we’re little visitor parking up front. Staff takes a while to give a call back or email you, but other than that it’s good

|Recommended: YesIt’s nice — I’ve been here for about 3 to 4 years now. Parking had always been kind of tight but it’s even worse now when people let their guests park in resident parking. I know towing is at random, but I’ve watched the same cars without permits park here almost every night in front of my building and it’s frustrating. There also has never been a noise issue but my recent upstairs neighbor is ungodly loud and stomps and even turns the TV up so loud to the point it vibrates down my wall. I’m sure they don’t read the warning emails you guys sent them so I’m not sure what to do. The neighbor next to them even agreed with me that they were awful and just a nuisance. The hallways in the buildings do get kind of dirty and I feel like there should be routine insecticide sprays but it’s okay. The kitchen appliances could also be updated, that would be very nice actually. Most of them are falling apart or just damaged due to how long they’ve been used. I would also say the gym equipment is decent, free weights would also be nice for weightlifting. The maintenance staff is cool, always professional and good at fixing things. The apartment staff are cool too, they’re doing their best. I like living here, the location itself is so nice. Probably just update a few things and keep some things in order I’d say. But yeah I like it here, thanks for all that you currently do.
