|Recommended: YesMy opinion — If you’re looking for an affordable place to live that has a bunch of amenities but a lack of cleanliness and half the things are broken this is your place. Overall it is pretty much what you should expect for the price you’re paying, it’s not bad but it isn’t wonderful either. Neighbors with pets have no intention of picking up after them, especially outside of their apartments. The maintenance staff does it’s best to keep things neat and in order but usually side walks are filled with dog poop. Also, it will totally depend on the people living there before you if the apartment is clean or not when you get there. Most apartment have broken or faulty furniture but usually nothing too bad.
