|Recommended: YesEnvironment is great — environment is great and it's really quiet.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful — Many people complain about the noise of neighbors but honestly it has not bothered me at all. I love the fact that we have shuttles that take us to the university and how nice everyone is at the front office. I also love that we are in walking distance of Tumamoc hill which I walk very often. The overall appearance of the property is very well kept.
|Recommended: YesWell managed, great maintenance, cleanliness of carpets needs improvement. — I love that the shuttle is mostly dependable and how nice the complex can be. I do warn them about the carpets that are stained, old, and just plain black.
|Recommended: YesCampus Crossings — Great place to stay if you're going to school. First time out on my own and out of state and look forward to coming home to this community.
|Recommended: YesAn awesome, friendly community — It is the perfect place for college students looking to enjoy all the comforts of a hotel resort with it's pool area, recreation room, shuttle service, weight room and friendly staff not including all the events and activities the complex provides. Not only does it provide all these luxuries, any student will find it easy to relax and study in a worry free, laid back environment.
|Recommended: YesIt's home — Awesome area and feels like home
|Recommended: NoIt's nice, but distance to and from school — Although, the apartment is nice and the surrounding area is very well maintained, if you are looking for a place near the U of A, I would recommend living somewhere a little closer to the campus. The place is very well maintained and the apartments are nice, but not all apartment looks the same. Some have different updates in each apartment, I didn't appreciate the already dirty carpets and smelly furniture. I feel as though they also check the apartment way too often compared to other apartments I've lived in. It is a little risky depending where you live because this is a party location. The neighbors can be inconsiderate and be very annoying at all hours of the night. If you call the apartment complex or Tucson PD, they won't make it priority to stop it.
|Recommended: YesGood Community, Great Apartments, Poor Service. — Day to day life in the apartments here is fantastic. Apartments include all of the extras that you would desire cable internet, laundry, plenty of space, great amenities. I really enjoy coming home to this apartment every day.
HOWEVER....
When there is an issue that needs attention or you need to interact with the front office in virtually any way, the quality of the service is lack luster. Simple problems and questions are never resolved with a single call email office visit and it is rare you get any continuity when you have to contact them successive times. Very often, the front office staff are poor at keeping record communicating with one another which leads to great frustration when you have to deal with two or more people to have your concerns addressed.
Perhaps the most demonstrative example of what I feel is wrong is this the single best customer service experience I have had was the day I signed a lease. I felt as if my concerns were being both heard and addressed in an efficient and direct manner. It was 5 star service. Once they had a commitment, every other interaction I have had has failed to rival the quality of this first experience.
In summary, this apartment complex is a great place to call home. Day to day life is excellent. Nevertheless, the front office treatment of the residents could use significant improvement.
|Recommended: YesNice complex — It's a decent complex with nice facilities and the pool is great. I would live here again
|Recommended: YesIn general a nice complex — a good place for students
|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — CC at Star Pass is a great apartment complex. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The overall look and feel of the apartments make you feel as if you were living at a resort. The pool is gorgeous and VERY well kept. Maintenance help fix the problem in a timely fashion. The neighbors are awesome, and there is always an event going on...which is very cool. The Pool Party is something to look forward to each year The only problem is that if you don't park before 10 pm, you will have to park on the complete other side of the complex....it can be you exercise for the day walking back to your place, haha - but again, not a big deal. I would definitely recommend living here. The West side is gorgeous, and not a bad drive. The apartment also has two running shuttles, so you don't have to waste gas or find a parking spot on campus, which saves you loads of money See ya soon
