The wifi ethernet is often not working properly. Maintenance quality has been great and poor the different times I've used it in the past. Staff is often friendly but not knowledgable.

submitted by Raquel F. - |Recommended: YesVery friendly staff and community oriented — I love living here because every day the office has something new that they want to give out or an activity to go to. I feel more than at home here because of their community like atmosphere. Like yesterday I got a snickers bar and 2 air heads and a notebook and today I picked up some christmas lights for my patio. But the next activity is tomorrow and were going to paint mugs I am so excited

submitted by Janeth S. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful — Many people complain about the noise of neighbors but honestly it has not bothered me at all. I love the fact that we have shuttles that take us to the university and how nice everyone is at the front office. I also love that we are in walking distance of Tumamoc hill which I walk very often. The overall appearance of the property is very well kept.

submitted by Robert L. - |Recommended: YesAn awesome, friendly community — It is the perfect place for college students looking to enjoy all the comforts of a hotel resort with it's pool area, recreation room, shuttle service, weight room and friendly staff not including all the events and activities the complex provides. Not only does it provide all these luxuries, any student will find it easy to relax and study in a worry free, laid back environment.

submitted by Alicia T. - |Recommended: NoIt's nice, but distance to and from school — Although, the apartment is nice and the surrounding area is very well maintained, if you are looking for a place near the U of A, I would recommend living somewhere a little closer to the campus. The place is very well maintained and the apartments are nice, but not all apartment looks the same. Some have different updates in each apartment, I didn't appreciate the already dirty carpets and smelly furniture. I feel as though they also check the apartment way too often compared to other apartments I've lived in. It is a little risky depending where you live because this is a party location. The neighbors can be inconsiderate and be very annoying at all hours of the night. If you call the apartment complex or Tucson PD, they won't make it priority to stop it.
