It is well-maintained, maintenance is taken care of quickly and thoroughly, and my apartment was clean and ready when I moved in. However, move in was unorganized and the desk staff was rude and unprofessional. While maintenance and ground staff has been nothing but kind, accommodating, and helpful. The desk staff lacks customer service and, often, answers.
