|Recommended: YesGood place to live — My roommate and I had problems with another roommate and we tried to get it resolved for more than 4 months and nothing changed or was done. But other than that everything was great a couple problems with the apartment but everything was fixed in a considerate amount of time.

My only complaint is that the sound insulation is not good. When my roommate chats with his friends at night, I can always hear his voice, which affects my sleep. But it's not a big deal so far

|Recommended: YesI enjoy the property. — I enjoy the apartment, my roommate and how quiet it is here However, I had some issues will the staff. The manager was very rude to me due to a problem within my unit that was out of my hands she accused me of the problem being my fault' when in return, campus technologies found a level 2 problem with the internet in my specific unit. Instead of being professional and nice and apologizing for the unit having a deficiency, she instead was rude and kept making it seem like it was my fault. Very un-professional on her part. And i've had some associates working the front desk be rude to me as well when i've called and asked for help. Arshonne is really the only person I like there. She is professional, helpful and tries everything she can to help me with any issues I have with my unit. I love her. Other than that I really enjoy living there

I don't mind the commute to U of A and when I am here I feel safe and comfortable. I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff or any staff at the front. Our apartment is beautiful and I love having all of the upgrades. I would recommend my friends to live here. Yes, this is student housing so it is not going to be glorious or perfect, but it is perfect for student housing. It is affordable, the utilities are cheap, and the amenities are perfect for the student on the go.
