|Recommended: NoI don’t have anything positive to say so far — Room wasn’t clean and wasn’t well maintained with random noises in the wall, no parking availability what so ever after nightfall, pool and gym are closed, apartment was in poor condition same with backyard, a simple thing like an Ethernet port doesn’t exist for rooms, Furniture is poor,

I’m providing an early review. The move in process was seamless, although there are no available parking spaces for cars. The apartment looks great. It’s quiet and clean. However, the internet is really bad.

|Recommended: NoCampus Crossing does not do what they say they will do — Campus Crossing is in breach of a contract, charging for parking after a lease was signed and also verbally stating there were no parking fees. In addition, several members of the staff, on multiple occasions, stated there were no parking fees. When we brought this issue to the staff they deferred to facility manager who has not replied to our phone calls our emails. Extremely poor customer service and lack of value with customers.

|Recommended: YesMove In — Move in was hectic, and wrong unit was assigned as hardwood was paid for way in advance, and signed in November to guarantee hardwood. Pool was drained, and none of the amenities being paid for are available, but super friendly staff. Hopefully things will start to get up and running smoothly soon, and I'm excited to live here

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — This complex is a great place to live and relatively quiet. I also love how reliable the shuttle is compared to my previous experience at another complex. One major downside is the guest parking. There aren't enough spaces, and the designated spots for guests are taken by residents, so you're really only left with a handful. When it gets later at night, you have less of a chance of finding a spot and having to park at Pima. Another downside is rent keeps increasing like crazy. They used to be known for their affordable price but give it a couple of months, and we'll be paying in the thousands, no doubt.
