Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall this is a great place to live Love the pool and having the amazon hub to get packages, and the property is always clean and maintenance is always very helpful and friendly. Walls floors can be kind of thin which makes neighbors even more noisy, but the office is good about making calls about noise. The office staff is always very helpful too.

I was worried moving in based on some reviews I read but trash recently got fixed and since I haven’t spotted any javelinas in parking areas which is awesome Thank you.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall, I've had a great experience here. The shuttle is so helpful in saving money on gas parking. The pool and hot tub are nice and clean. The staff is always helpful and maintenance always works efficiently. My only complaint is that the gym is pretty small and doesn't have much equipment.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s an alright community but there’s barely any parking spaces for visitors, when you put in a work order no one ever comes to do it because they say they’ll do it at inspection which they don’t , and there’s often dog feces everywhere because residents can’t be bothered to pick up after their dogs. There’s a lot that could be improved if the owner of the complex seemed to care but it just feels like someone trying to take advantage of the students who live here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's good but im stuck with a young kid 1021-B that never sleeps, always has other kids over. Drinks and smokes almost every day and leaves dirty dishes, dirty kitchen and dirty bathroom.
Then when i or one of the roommate tells him to keep it down he does it the next day but more loud and jokes about being told.
