The Pool, the basketball court, the gums etc I can’t wait to use them once they open up and really be apart of the community here and meet new people

However, there is no guarantee that any given room will be ready for move-in i.e. chipped paint on walls, indents on flooring, hard-to-open doors, etc. . That being said, there have also been no major problems with things like air conditioning, electricity, or any of the kitchen laundry appliances, so that's nice at the very least.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesmove-in was fine, but my apartment is a mess. there is paint falling off in my shower, small holes in the walls everywhere, cabinet is falling apart, my 2 couches are being held by duct tape. maintenance request was put in but it’s been 4 days now and nobody has come. for the amount i’m paying i would have thought this place would be nicer.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLoved it. The javalina issue wasn’t great but that’s taken care of. Could use updated kitchen appliances microwave, stove, fridge . Loved the grass and park for dogs. Amazing pool. Nice maintenance people.
