Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAs of right now I’m not very happy with my experience here. I’ve been living here for almost a month and half the reason I chose to live here was because of the pool and tanning bed. And I have to say I’m very disappointed these amenities are STILL closed. There are many ways you can help prevent the spread of Covid AND let your residents use the amenities that we pay to use when we pay to live here. You can use a reservation system for the pool and sanitize the tanning beds after every use. I think this needs to be looked over immediately as I know I am not the only one who feels this way and wants change. we live in Arizona, the pool needs to be open. Also your maintenance needs to be more reliable I have several things in my apartment that need maintenance and no one has come to help.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat place to live at Love the energy from staff.
Amazing rooms. Only con unable to use the pool with all this covid thing going on. Overall great
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery clean and the front gates make it feel safe. The wifi works well and enjoy having my own laundry set. Reasonably close to things in town as well.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like my apartment complex. It’s quiet and the staff gets back to you in a timely manner. The only thing is guest parking is always packed and there’s no gate code.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLoving the community and the location. The apartment is great and all the amenities provided in the apartment are working perfectly. I haven’t had any issues so far and I don’t expect to. Everyone is very responsive and if an issue does turn up, it’ll get solved ASAP.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI would say that there’s not really a single complaint at all. Nice gated complex with cool amenities that I can’t wait to test out once open.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSuch a pretty property hoping for amenities to open soon. Staff is most of the time nice. Some of the rules are over excessive like the guest passes
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLike it so far just want them to open amenities I pay for they also sent my password for the amazon hub to my roommate instead of me. I like the apartment as a whole though
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartments are so clean and comfy Maintenance has taken such good care of us Staff is amazing. There’s only a few complaints but not anything major. It really sucks that there’s absolutely no visitors parking on our side of the complex. The other day we had a guest and all the visitor’s spots were full already. It’s also dangerous that the gate sensor thing is so far away from the left gate. I have to book it to make it on time, and the gate is almost always already closing. People just swipe both anyways so not great for security. It’s a big let down that there’s not a code or a way to call residents to let a guest in. This is worrying for when I wanna order takeout and be a good citizen during covid. It’s usually dark and I feel a little unsafe having to walk to the front to get food. Also, I’m a student and I print A LOT of stuff out. It’s very annoying having to walk to my printer and plug my laptop into it every time i need to print something. Other than those complaints, the place is amazing.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRent is inexpensive, facilities like gym and pool are nice when they not closed because of COVID , and management is easy to work with. Random Roomate pairing can cause problems, but that can happen anywhere.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice community, never have many problems. Better than staying near campus, there are a lot more people down there and they are unbelievably loud. This community seems more calm and quieter
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here so far. Helpful staff, enough space in apartment and balcony, good furniture and appliances. They fix anything you put a work order in forASAP. Can get a little bit loud with college students but not usually, and walls are thick enough that can’t hear them. Beautiful surroundings. Good apartment complex overall.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFeel like I’m at home for once, I enjoy being here. Even though you can hear through the walls a bit it doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would. However friendly staff Manny and Joseph have been so helpful as well understanding.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe first week was rough, but it's getting better. The area is very nice, and I can not wait until the amenities open. I hope my stay continues to improve.
