Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Jasmine A. - |Recommended: YesYou need to have a better visitor pass system. It's super annoying to have to walk all the way to the gate to let someone in, and if the office is closed I cant even get a parking pass
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Zane R. - |Recommended: YesIt's a fine place with very reasonable prices. Some of the units are laid out in sort of strange ways, but it's nothing too big. Maintenance will usually respond to requests and things in a timely way. No major bug problems that I've seen.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Maryam A. - |Recommended: YesI am very satisfied with Campus Crossing at StarPass. The staff members are very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff are very professional and fast which is very important when it is a kind of emergency.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Isabel P. - |Recommended: YesThis is my 3rd year here and I love it Such a great place to live I go to UArizona and the drive is never too long. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of right away. If it takes a few days there is always communication

Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Ariana E. - |Recommended: YesIt's been okay to say the least. I understand that during the Pandemic it has been rough adjusting to everything, but I do feel that the communication of the staff could be worked on.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Dustin S. - |Recommended: YesThe management is so disconnected here. I can ask the same question to three employees and get three different answers. Communication with residents is extremely unclear, with very important information very briefly mentioned in emails, like parking rules. How do you expect a visitor to get a parking pass when the office is closed on the weekend, but still ticket them early on Monday morning Not having a gate code is asinine, as it is not keeping anyone safe but rather making the parking lot extremely dangerous with visitors darting in in front of other cars or hanging around outside. Residents giving their friends the gate code is really not a bigger deal than having visitors almost hit my car every time I try to enter my own complex’s gate. I was matched randomly with a roommate who continually violates my space and takes things out of my room without permission while I am out of the house. This is not a great experience.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Tiffany D. - |Recommended: YesAll property staff is super nice and very helpful when problems arise. You can tell that the people working here really care and want to make sure that you're comfortable
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Maria A. - |Recommended: YesApartment was a bit torn up and very dirty upon arrival, even though it said it had been cleaned and the previous residents only moved out recently. Also, the signs on the pool and facilities suggested they would open up again after move-in finished, and then they didn't. Additionally the office staff wasn't helpful in getting me access to my account until I went to them in person on move-in day, when I arrived in Tucson. Other than that it's been good.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Mijal M. - |Recommended: YesAlthough I had a few problems with the tanager unit lease, I have loved living here.the view is amazing and the location is super Convenient
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Briceida B. - |Recommended: YesThe front office is only helpful when they want to be. I requested a maintenance request 3 times and went to the front office as well to get an air filter change and they kept completing the requests and when I talked to the manager, she said they were changed. When my apartment wasn’t. Our whole apartment smelled and was not cleaned very well.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Hebred M. - |Recommended: YesPretty comfortable so far. I’ve been here for a little more than a year and it’s been good. There has just been a little complaints such as dirty things in the apartment or broken stuff. I still don’t like that they haven’t opened any of the facilities and are charging us the same amount of rent
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Jonni Z. - |Recommended: YesVery cozy and beautiful scenery. I love that it’s close to the university but far enough to feel like an escape from the busy city. Very good price for a lovely home
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Joel G. - |Recommended: YesMy experience with Campus Crossing at Star Pass has always been a productive one. The staff can be very friendly and helpful. The management especially has been extremely kind to me as well.
Review From Modern Messagesubmitted by Denice T. - |Recommended: YesI like how the resident community is quiet and it is a very welcoming vibe for my roommate and I. We like it so far and the maintenance act real quick in our requests.
