|Recommended: YesIts the little things — This complex is so clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure that we and others are taken care of. An example is when my dad and I were moving in and an elderly gentleman came in asking for directions to another apartment complex. The front desk person looked up the address on Google and printed out a map. What incredible service Also, I have put in tickets for my garbage disposal and my faucet and they were completed within a day. Thank you for your diligence and caring. Very happy to be here

|Recommended: NoDisappointed — The second month in a row you have charged us for a pet fee we do not owe. The pet is a service animal which you have paperwork for. On top of that the pool and gym are amenities we pay for and have not been open since moving in.

|Recommended: YesIt’s nice for what it is — It’s alright. Two weeks after moving in, however, the pool, gym, and gates are still out of commission. The property staff are all nice. Parking is tough and the apartment was not clean upon move in day. Furniture is all dingy and the cabinets are peeling. But I am hopeful for when all of the promised amenities will be up and running.

|Recommended: NoThe Property Staff is unfriendly and unreasonable. — The new payment methods for which they email me excessively about are ridiculous. Every method they offer requires additional fees, whether through their service or inherent in the payment mechanism.
They refuse to take a check or cash for rent and repeatedly threaten late fees after three days, even though the state of AZ guarrantees a five day grace period.
The office staff was actually rude when I asked about the change, even though the change was implemented after we signed the lease and prior to moving into the unit. Given this is a new policy implemented after the lease was signed, Campus Crossings should waive the transaction fees that their service imposes.

|Recommended: YesReview 8 24 2023 — I really like the area and how close it is to campus, and the office staff is very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is the parking situation. I have class everyday from the morning to the afternoon, then I immediately go to work most days until 10 30-11pm. And its hard to come home and have to drive around for 30-45 minutes trying to find a parking spot. When I need to be up by 7am the next morning. Other than that, I love the community and how friendly the maintenance staff is.
