Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPeople upstairs is really loud. We have filed about 3-4 complaints about the noise, but they don’t really seem to get the message. Plus, there are some damage things that were already there before we moved into the apartment and we’ve been charged for it as our responsibility.

The maintenance team has been really nice and timely about fixing issues with my apartment and the office staff are really helpful and responsive as well. Definitely a step up from my last apartments

It sucks that the pool and gym aren’t open yet it is a pretty clean place along with their alerts with letting residents know if someone has tested positive for COVID-19

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe worst thing about this apartment complex is the visitor regulations. There is no pin-code so you always have to go out to the front and let someone in with your key-card AND the visitor parking spaces are confined to only one side of the complex and it is an annoying process to get a visitor parking pass. I think the visitor regulations are very strict and need to be rethought because it is worse than living in dorms in my opinion as far as visitors go. However, the maintenance is great and usually response within the next day and I feel very safe in this complex. It is also relatively quiet which is a plus.
