Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Nostaff will not reply to emails. apartment is in horrid condition. living feels unsafe due to wildlife and letting anyone in. office is always closed and we have received none of the community amenities we were looking forward to. Also get a million emails about nonsense, but no communication regarding my concerns or power washing outside our apartment on a school day. Probably won’t hear anything back from this either

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe bathrooms could have been better. The toilets look like they are molding. The showers have stuff coming out of the cracks. But other than that the community is wonderful and staff is so nice.

When i first moved in i had a few things that needed to be fixed right away and maintenance took care of it right away. The front desk also helped with getting me covered parking and an extra set of keys

However, I've had a tough time with getting my work orders done, and my apt is a renovated one. I believe that could be worked on, but other than that, Northpointe is great

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe maintenance team is the best very professional. The community is nice and quiet. The apartments are efficient. The only bad part is that the office staff is lazy and dismissive and is need of customer service training.

The traffic is a little loud but the apartments are nice, clean, and furnished. There is also a great view of the mountains sunset from my room.
