Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood so far but I asked for roommates without dogs and they gave me a roommate with a dog did not mention it to me. Also the flooring is missing a piece of wood and has not been fixed yet.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesA great place to live with lots of scenery. Mostly quiet apartment complex with great amenities. The only thing I could recommend is adding a way to allow guests into the complex without having to walk to the gate.

I also like how the employees make hot chocolate for the residents and how kind gestures like that can really make a huge difference.

They’re shuttle system is one of their selling points but the stop running it without asking what residents might still be using it.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesi wish there was a separate machine to get in the left side of the complex. that way you don’t have to speed to get through. people also wait by the gate for someone to let them in. it makes me feel a bit unsafe that anyone could follow me in.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment enforced a new visitor parking permit system that is very inconvenient. After parking permit expired a few hours, car was towed and office did not make attempt to call me although I left phone number with them.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe front office is very nice. The apartments are very run down though. Sometimes you will get a dirty apartment with furniture messed up or appliances not working correctly. There are a lot of bugs, be it roaches, bedbugs or just small little ones. The parking is complex, there is only one spot for visiting parking and its very small, the process to get a guest pass seems very invasive asking for the model and plate number. Sometimes the WIFI doesn't connect to your computer even after restarting your device. The rent is cheap yes but the place is very old.
