The only thing I have not enjoyed is dealing with one of my roomates who had something to complain about every 5 seconds and making the atmosphere in my unit uncomfortable but that is not the apartment's fault. I've loved everything else though

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe hours on the pool are not ideal. They should be open sundays and for much longer hours. Closing on Saturday at 4 is the worst time as that is when may people want to go and covid is not the main concern

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yeslove it here, but the floors are a little thing. Me and my roommates have had a few complaints about stomping, but we are walking normal. You will have to watch your step and as long as your beneath neighbors understand everything should go smoothly.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesguest parking policy and the fact that you align yourselves with a sketchy tow company that is all the way over by the airport and is only open a few hours a day with 24 7 towing and charges 250 is insanely unethical. Besides that the staff are friendly and helpful besides the manager

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesApartment complex has nice amenities and fair prices but they are very eager to get you or your guest's car towed even with ample guest parking space. The moment your parking permit runs out they will tow your car and charge you a large amount of money without notifying you or contacting you.
