Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here for 3 years and I’ve enjoyed it for the most part the parking can get real annoying cause there’s almost no visitors parking. The amenities are closed so early and not even open sundays which makes it hard to use them.

We had an issue where our apartment was not cleaned prior to us moving in even though we opted to pay the cleaning fee and our manager was not at all helpful or remorseful. We had to take this issue up to corporate in order to get our money back.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here very much. My room is big and my roommates are nice. The pool is big and the gym has the basic necessities. My only complaint as to not giving them 5 stars would be the way they handle parking. They towed my mothers car that I was borrowing for the night away when I had to come in one night as an emergency and I could not go to the office to get a visitors pass because the office was closed and did not open again until 10am. I arrived at around 9pm to my own apartment and so there was no way to get a pass . Went to go check for the car at 9am and I had been told it was towed. It was a Friday and the tow guy was gone for the weekend. This left me without a car for three days and with a 260 bill to pay because it was 200 for the tow and 20 every night it was left. The apartment complex did absolutely nothing to help me for having an emergency. I am a college student who makes enough for food and rent so to pay that out of pocket was harsh. Otherwise nice apt.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesStaff towed my car that I was paying additional parking for and when I went to the office they didn’t even put that second vehicle on file and tried charging me double to pay for another parking just because one of their staff members was too lazy to put my information the first time. Thankfully one of the new girls was doing her job right and saw I was already paying that additional charge.
