|Recommended: YesEverything is good except the constant noise. — I don't know if this is just me happening, but I have been struggling with floor noise from my upstairs neighbor’s loud stomping. It’s so bad that I am constantly forced to wake up because of the noise. I understand that floor noise is a common complaint, but with my case, it’s particularly severe. Since the issue is caused by a specific person, I would still recommend living here—but not on the first floor.

|Recommended: YesIts manageable if you don't mind cleaning some mess. — The place was pretty dirty, not cleaned or taken cared of but very spacious and decent aside from all the mistreatment. After having to fix the issues it wasn't horrible. However i prefer my blinds not melting off, or the ground covered in garbage as well as cabinets and missing toilet roll. What was more concerning was the falling handle that could lock properly and open easily to the pato which people could easily enter and harm someone.
