|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good — I've seen a lot of reviews about how this is not a good place to live, but so far I haven't had any issues. The apartment was clean when I arrived, and every staff member I've spoken with has been very helpful. The only issue I've run into is the dishwasher leaks, and we haven't been able to get maintenance on it yet. Other than that things seem to be so far, so good.

|Recommended: NoStaff is always lagging. — Been trying for over a month to try to get my parking permit and have been denied 3 times. Now I'm receiving email stating my car will be towed without a parking permit. Literally went again and was told their main focus is on new residents and couldn't get my permit yet again. Seriously this place blows.
