|Recommended: YesApartment 1523 — Overall the apartment was nice. Though smaller than the model. There weren't any major damages to the unit. However, there were some pieces of wood finishing missing on the bottom of the cabinets. There was a small chunk missing out of the bar top on the side. There was also what appeared to be animal dents on the front of the fridge. Finally there was a nail hole in one of the walls.

|Recommended: YesYo this place is chill — You guys kinda like fined me for not having renters insurance but I do in an email sent to you guys AND I uploaded it to this portal ya ll should really go read up on that after you read this. but anyway...this place is chill so far, parking could be better, but eh. I rate it an 8.5 out of 10. Good job champ.

|Recommended: NoReceived Wrong Room — I was told way back in august that I would be able to get an apartment on the ground floor with a yard. I was told that they were available for me and my girlfriend. We both signed the lease that week to get what we wanted and come august when we move in we are assigned an upstair apartment with no yard. If you get a place here, don't expect to get what you want and nothing is certain.

|Recommended: NoNot given what we were promised — When my boyfriend and I signed the lease, we were informed we would be given the apartment of our choice, due to our early signing of the lease. We wanted a ground-floor apartment with a yard for a dog we were planning on getting this year. However, we were given a completely different apartment, on the top floor, in a completely different building on the other side of the complex. We were charged for the yard, nevertheless, and have to walk half a block to get to the covered parking space we're paying for. None of the managers have been willing to compensate us. I can deal with the cards I am dealt. What bothers me most is feeling deceived and misled. Don't trust anything any of these employees say to you. Otherwise, get it in writing. I didn't know we lived in a world where it was okay to misguide people, getting them to do what you want.

|Recommended: YesUpset — I wished they would take care of the cleanliness of the landscape. It’s extremely dirty and dog shit is always there. cleanupafteryourdogs. Also they clean and secured on our rooms and that’s not true, my door wasn’t even locked and it was very dirty.

|Recommended: YesIt’s pretty ok — It’s kinda icky around the place like dog poop everywhere and overgrown plants. It could look a lot nicer. Rooms are dusty and kinda dirty. I vaccines with my dyson twice and filled it both times.
