|Recommended: YesNew to Star Pass — I haven’t been here very long, so far the apartment is quite nice. The grounds are clean but the dog park is a bit sad. Just a dirt patch with a gate no grass .

|Recommended: NoIndividual leases for okay quality — The apartment was filthy upon move in. Oven and microwave had food crusted everywhere. Washer machine and non operating appliances. Wifi is not secure. Very delayed response by maintenance.
