Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe maintenance people have been good about completing work orders within a couple of days. The kitchen has a decent amount of storage space, and the common area has a lot of room. However, everything was barely cleaned when I got there carpets felt dirty, there were dead bugs in every room, nothing in the kitchen was wiped down, etc. . There are so many bugs in the hallway and you have to rush into your apartment to make sure they don't follow you in.

|Recommended: YesSep. 1 — Neighbors are incredibly loud. Many parking spots are being taken up by a dumpster that hasn't been emptied in weeks. It is over flowing with trash so much that there are several pieces of garbage surrounding the dumpster. We put in maintenance requests two weeks ago and no one has come to our apartment to fix anything
