I like the people that have worked there since last year, they are pretty nice but the new girls are rude, disrespectful and they do not try to understand the situation of rhe person actually living here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living in beautiful Campus Crossing at StarPass. There are very delicate points that can improve its appearance. The most outstanding negative point is the animal wastes all over the community. Moreover, due to the monsoon season, there are lots of roaches, scorpions, tarantulas, and several insects all over the community even inside the apartments. I highly recommend the community to start spraying every apartment and all over the community.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been a resident for almost 3 years and the first two were great, the apartments are nice, shuttle was fairly reliable. Unfortunately this year has been not as great. The university shuttle is not reliable at all, campus crossings does not even send emails to residents when they make a change to their office hours, finding parking is a mess, and having to get a permit for visitors is ridiculous. Especially when the office is closed before the usual schedule and getting a permit is not possible for some. Overall, management this year has been awful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living here, my room is very spacious and well lit. I just do not like having to be towed when my friends arrive past office hours. Other than that its great, also the pool is only open like once a month.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCampus Crossing has great people at the front office. They are always very helpful and understanding. The only problem about this residence is the parking rules. It is understandable that there can be limited parking to residents but those residents do have visitors. Family that comes from far away to visit and are not able to park inside the apartment complex becaouse they do not have a parking permit. They should be allowed to park freely becaouse office hours are not always reliable. We are not always capable of getting a parking permit all the time and towing an be very expensive.
