Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall, good. Nice people working in the apartment. No noisy neighbors around my area, so thankful. Dog owners are relatively clean in the area. The door to the right of the parking is not really working from the outside.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesYou get what you pay for. Been here since August. It is now November and they haven’t fixed anything except for the kitchen sink. The apartment comes furnished but I’ve had a broken dresser for so long now. The desk chair is coming off the bottom , the cabinets are crooked, closet door doesn’t close properly, you have to shove it in there. The bed had white stuff all over it. I had to flip it over since I couldn’t even get it off. There’s just a lot of things wrong with this place including the previous people who lived here. I think management needs to step it up a little more and inspect things thoroughly.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI will first start with what I like about the residence. I like the spacious layout of the living room. All the employees are nice, and make me feel safe. The maintenance crew is quick to fix things. Unlike other apartments, the windows are easy to open to let in the fresh air. I also find the bathroom and closet very spacious. While I do not have experience with the furnished bed, I can confirm that both beds easily fit in the large storage cabinet located outside on the deck. The assortment of cupboards in the kitchen gave me lots of room to store necessities and food that I was not using at the moment. I have seen any bugs in the apartment so far. Now for the complaints, the desk chairs that the apartment provides you with are unstable and fall over easily. Secondly, everything in the kitchen is designed for taller individuals I am 5’0 . However, these are easy fixes. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay, if I was not leaving for graduate school next year I would extend my stay.

|Recommended: YesI love it here — I have had a few friends live here in the past and they loved it. When I needed a new place to stay I decided to move here. Best choice I ever made Very nice office staff and very helpful. Grounds are always clean. Friendly neighbors everywhere. I love living here so far and I am sure I will continue to enjoy my experience here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood place to live, cheap rent. Maintence is slow and the secure parking is never working properly, so paid spots are regularly taken and management makes little action.

There is a towing company that patrols the lot 24/7, you may contact them to let them know a car is in your space. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPretty good. Saw maintenance guys buttcrack tho. So that was not very fun. Other than that seeing dogs walking and cats in windows is super cute. But they dont ever pick up the dog poop or replace the bags so we can pick it up.
