Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have had some issues with the property. The appliances are a little dated, so much so that we use our stove and dishwasher for storage. I’ve had a few problems with management, but the people at the front desk are always very helpful and nice. The roommate matching service is pretty flawed as well.

All staff memebers in the office and maintenance have been super helpful with any services I have reached out for or just input. I’ve had no issues with the amenities offered and I’m glad health protocols are still being respected to enjoy the public amenities

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOnce you're situated inside the apartment, this place is completely fine. No issues with neighbors, and the apartment is decent enough. However, the hallways are absolutely disgusting, riddled with dirt and every door has a spiderweb on it. Maintenance is absurdly slow. Our dishwasher broke on August 20th and didn't get fixed until the middle of November. Management is never on property, and its apparent. The workers in the front office are relatively ignorant and frequently say they'll leave a note for the manager which usually means it takes several days for anything to get resolved. The final grievance though is the parking situation. To have a guest over, you have to go to the office during business hours and acquire a guest pass, using their license plate number, and then they have to park in visitor parking which is at least a 10 minute walk from my apartment. Friend wants to come on a Saturday You're out of luck, unless you get the pass Friday. Absolutely ridiculous.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall, good. Nice people working in the apartment. No noisy neighbors around my area, so thankful. Dog owners are relatively clean in the area. The door to the right of the parking is not really working from the outside.
